I had a class with Ms. S last Sunday, 11th of November, 2018. The weather was good that time and I really enjoyed our lesson and conversation. 🌤 We talked about lots of things like daily life, traveling, sports, music, experiences, celebrities’/TV personalities, plans in the future, foods, family, dreams and so on. She was very responsive and she really pay attention to what I’m saying. She even had her notes and wrote there the things, phrases, sentences, quotations, sayings that seems to be very important to her. 📖📝
We have had lot of things to discuss and it was really nice to know about each other’s culture, traditions, norms, beliefs, customs, etc. We also had a lot of Filipino foods during our breaks. 🍝🍛🍚 Every Filipino dish/food that was being served in the table, she always asked the name of it. She was very observant to every new things that she discovered.
I noticed that she already had the confidence to speak in English and she was very talkative all through our conversation and lesson. 🙌 Although sometimes, she can’t express what she really wants to say in English because she forgot the exact terms or English words, but she still tried to be very expressive to the things or experiences that she wants to share with me.
At the end of the day, of course, I’m deeply saddened by the fact that we may not meet each other again but she told me that will not be our last meeting. We can still meet in the future. 👭 She told me to visit her in Japan someday. We had a lot of fun and learning. And it was really such a great experience meeting her. Before we end, I gave her some advices, words of encouragement, ways on how to improve her English communication skills. 👍

先週の日曜2018/11/11にSさんとのレッスンがありました。天気が良く、レッスンや会話も楽しめました。
🌤色々なことについて話しました、日常生活/旅行/スポーツ/音楽/体験談/芸能人やテレビ/将来のプラン/食べ物/家族/夢 等々。
彼女は反応が早く、私の言っていることを常に注意深く聞いていました。ノートにも大事なことは全て書き込んでいました。例えば、名称/表現/文章/引用文/ことわざ などです。📖📝
お互いの文化/伝統/社会規則/信仰/習慣など話題がたくさんありました。
休憩中にはたくさんのフィリピン料理を食べました。🍝🍛🍚
テーブルに並べられている全てのフィリピン料理の名前を常に聞いていました。彼女は全ての目新しいものに好奇心を持っていました。
彼女がすでに英語で話すことに自信をもっていて、会話とレッスンでとてもおしゃべりであることに気が付きました。🙌
しかし時々、ちゃんとした表現や英単語を忘れてしまって、英語で本当に伝えたい表現が出来なかったりしましたが、私としたことや体験を頑張って表現しようとしてくれました。
その日の最後になって、今日会うのが最後だと思い出しすごく悲しくなりました。
でも彼女は最後じゃないよと言ってくれました。この先また会うことができます。👭 いつか日本に尋ねてきてくださいと言ってくれました。
とても楽しく、いろんなことを学びました。それに、彼女に出会えたのはとても貴重な経験になりました。最後に彼女にアドバイス、励ましの言葉と英会話での上達方法を教えました。👍
